how to get spine straight?

my back is the like the last one on the left.i need it to be like the one in the middle.please dont say go to the chiropractor because i dont want too

    Well you need to be brave and go to the chiropractor, I have scoliosis(when your back isn't straight) and she told me to wear the brace that she gave to me for like 1-2 years:) They have a new technology one and you wear it under your clothes and its hard but it fixes your back.....BE BRAVE;)

    Going to a chiropractor is the only way to get straightened out!

    you can try an inversion table, for a half an hour or so every day
