RADIATOR OVERHEATING ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Check for leaks first in your cooling system, possible areas are water pump, hoses and radiator. To much pressure will cause coolant leak on this parts. It might be a result of your fan not working properly. If your fan fails it will create to much pressure giving you an overheating engine. Faulty thermostat will cause also the same problem. When you run your AC both radiator fans are supposed to be on.

If the radiator is empty, it has a leak somewhere, either internal or external. You need to check it every morning at the radiator, and if it is going down find the leak and repair it.

Don't bother with the thermostat if you can drive it for extended periods with the AC on before it overheats. The thermostat hardly ever goes bad.

sounds like your thermostatic is sticking or bad which keeps the water from being able to flow it is located where the hose goes from the radiator to the top front of the engine this is only needed in the winter and is used to heat your vehicle to can replace or remove your radiator should have water in it to start with also

must be a pinhole leak some where .check your hoses and clamps tight .or you did not burp it good enough last time you had it worked on ..take the cap off and run it till its on running temp ..then top it off as you go ..good working water pump should not make water back off the radiator fill neck ..

I would be checking to see if its a blown head gasket, you didn't say that the reservoir is burping water on the ground, sounds to me like its running out of coolant.....blown head gasket

Your thermostat is not working. Its a simple and cheap component to replace.
