GH: 2 Things I Noticed?

I'm about half through today's GH and I noticed two things, one is kind of odd and the other isn't really anything important. The first thing is when Lucky was talking to Aiden about the Cassadine part of his family he messed up. I don't know if the script was written incorrectly or JJ messed up, but he said that Aiden "has a grandmother that's straight from hell". He was definitely talking about Helena, but Helena isn't his grandmother, she is his great-grandmother. Helena is Nikolas' grandmother, he calls her grandmother so much its almost impossible to miss it. The second thing I noticed is that ABC has finally created new scenes for GH that air during the commercial break showing a cast member and another cast member is doing the "General Hospital will return in a moment" voiceover. They look like the same scenes from the opening credits and instead of showing the names of the characters and the actor or actress it says General Hospital in the background. Today they had Nikolas and Elizabeth scenes. I know these things aren't really that important, but I was just wondering if anyone else noticed them.

I did notice that Lucky thing to about Helena. Maybe JJ did goof or it was written that way. I dont have any living great grandparents, I guess most people say grandma or grandpa. But when Elizabeth was talking to Cam and Jake about visiting Audrey she says "lets go over to Grans" she doesnt say to them great grandma Audrey or anything like that.

I didn't see the GH will return in a moment thing, I kinda space those out when its commercial time.

Haha, I didn't even notice that Helena's not Aiden's grandma. But that is weird now that you notice it. But I don't have a great grandmother or great grandfather on either side of my family, so I don't know how you're supposed to refer to a great grandmother/father.

As for the commercial things, I noticed that they were different today too. I was like, "Finally!" Lol. But I didn't notice that they were from the opening credits.

I'm sure it was in the script and not JJ messing up calling Helena Aidan's grandmother but, either way, someone should've caught it. Maybe they didn't think it was worth re-shooting since we'd know that he

meant Helena and not one of Aidan's real grandmothers- Liz's mom who no one knows anything about or Laura.

No, I think I was away from the TV at that point, but I'm still glad that they finally changed the opening.

I was thinking about the exact same thing. When I saw that commercial break thing, I was like dang that's cheap they should've done new ones. Cheap. Aiden is Lucky's I'm pretty sure. When I talk about my great-grandma, I don't usually say great grandma I just say grandma Betty or whatever. JJ is so cute btw.

I noticed both. JJ was probably just following his script, and I still liked the old commercial bumpers, but the new glossy ones are cute too.

She is still his grandmother though technically she is his great granny if he really were a Cassadine that is. I called my great grandma, grandma. They have been doing those commercial things for a long time.

JK blowing his lines...I don't think so. He is one of the best actors on the show. I agree with the previous answer...when referring to more than one generation back, the term that is usually used is still "grand". It's just simpler that way.

Yes, I noticed the same things.
