Why, of all places, build the NY mosque right THERE?

Islam has a long history of triumphantly building mosques on other peoples' holy places and commemorative sites. A few examples:

Santa Sophia in Istanbul, now a mosque.

The Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, deliberately built to desecrate the central shrine of the Jewish religion.

The cathedrals in Seville and Granada were originally Christian churches until the Muslim 'conquista' when huge mosques with towering minarets were built there.' After the 'reconquista' the RC church reclaimed the sites; they are now again Christian churches.

The shrine in Mecca, including the Kaaba, was originally a pagan temple. The Muslims took it over, rebuilt it, and demonstrated their military triumph by making it the centre of the Muslim faith.

All they are doing in NY is to follow this pattern. To choose this site for a Muslim house of prayer is to dance on the grave of all those - including Muslims, Jews and Christians - who died in a Muslim atrocity. There are plenty of other places in NY where they could have put their mosque.

To answer your question, ground 0 is the best place to symbolize NY, which is the best place to symbolize the so called "liberal American" mentality of supporting the most extremist Islamic Jihadists in the Former Yugoslavia. Oops... I have almost forgotten, the 1999 NATO Jihad was actually "for the sake of the credibility of the US president"... as if that makes it "OK".

Moslem Triumphalism is what it is, pure and simple. It is a memorial ediface to celebrate their perceived victory over us that sad September day; the day that International Islam declared war on America.

It is a monument to their Crimes Against Humanity, and how we are letting them get away with it.

The whole Ground Zero area is hollowed ground. The pulverized remains of our thousands of dearly departed are embedded in EVERY SINGLE BUILDING left standing in the area. That whole area is sacred ground, and for them to even consider building a Super Mosque there is a slap in the face to all who lost loved ones there, it desecrates sacred ground, and deliberately mocks the lives and memories of all those who lost their lives at the hands of islamic tyranny.

We must not let them get away with such a calculated affront to decenty, civility, our way of life.

If that building is built, it will stand for decades... scores of years, mocking and baiting us with their duplicity and spiteful agenda.

This building must be stopped, by any means necessary.
