I need some information and some advice if any one could help me I would appreciate it.?

First off is there a website or any way to tell if someone is married or divorced, I am looking for a free site for this. My advice is I met this guy, we dated for a short time then it became pretty serious, a little too quick, I started off staying at his house, but his place was too small, since it was a one bedroom apt. Too small for us and my 2 kids. So we decided to look for a house together, something bigger and more comfortable, while looking one of his friends was over and said something that really caught me on surprise. His friend said something about him being married. Well me and my boyfriend had a heated descussion about this, He told me that him and his wife got divorced not long ago, and told his friend that as well. He friend said he didn't know he got divorced. But he also continued saying he will never get married again no matter what. Well I believed him since I really like this guy. And just thought maybe his friend didn't know cause they don't hang that much any more. We found a place together, we have been living together for 8 months now. The other day I was out and ran into an old friend of mine, an older lady whom I have known since I was a kid, she saw us together, she waited till she could get me along and she said she know my boyfriend and his whole family. She told me he is married, but does not have anything to do with his wife, but is legally married. I don't understand why he is lying to me about this, but I can't tell him the truth, that I really know, it is tearing me up, knowing this, I am quiet, don't like conforntation, It will just cause a huge fight and he will just deny it anyways! I don't know what to do! I want to get married, but if this is the case he will not be able to marry. What do I do? I am torn up and scared to say anything. I want to see this for myself in writing if he is married or divorced, how do I go about doing this? Thanks for your help!
