    If by Barr. do you mean Barrister? Why would you need to pay a Barrister to transfer money between banks? All you need to do is contact your bank's customer service or use their online banking. This isn't something a Barrister would be involved in, a Barrister represents people in court, representing the defendant or prosecution

    And the fact you use the term "Barr." in conjunction with anything to do with banking means you are stuck in a Nigerian scam
