    Tourets Syndrome is real, it causes the sufferer to make noises or movements, which are inappropriate. As the person gets older the noise may change from a loud noise to a softer one more like a hick-up.

    ... thats a really stupid question.

    why the hell would you think it wasn't real?

    I mean theres a disorder(Synestesia) that can make it so you hear in shapes and smell in colors, or something like that. what about Tourrettes is REMOTELY hard to believe?
