What does the phrase "There is nothing you can do that I have not already done to myself." mean to you?

What was the first thing you thought of?
And what are meanings could you put to it?

I am asking cause I am thinking about getting it tatted. I have gone through a lot of **** in my life and I admit a lot of it was self-inflicted. I'm ready to move on let my past make me stronger.

I think it means "been there done that and it wasn't good."  Don't get the tat.  You definitely will regrett it later.  Try not to dwell on the mistakes of the past.  Another cliche is "Today is the first day of the rest of your life."  We all carry bad baggage.  Unfortunately it is part of the human condition.  But you can rise above it.  So, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start enjoying your life.  Remember, there are always ALOT of people who are worse off than you.  Please don't get the permanent tat.  It's too depressing.

I think it's wrong, and I definitely wouldn't get a tattoo of it. That's basically saying I'm used to putting myself down... not a good message.

it means that uve lived life to the posible fullest and that no one can posibly top u and that wut ever any one  does ur ok with beating that ur verry  compettive i guess u could say and u not afraid to try the impossible
