I know of forums discussing mental health problems but I'd love one where people are trying to recover and helping each other, giving experience and advice and what not. :) Anyone know of one?

I am on a health plan eating 1200 calories a day of vegetables, fruits, eggs, nuts, mostly whole wheat carbs, chicken, and avoiding dairy. Lots of water and tea, and walking about eight miles a day. How much weight will I lose and in how much time?

I want to add more exercise but this is all for right now.

I am trying to start exercising to be less depressed so I need new music to exercise to that is uplifting please. The problem is I'm not really sure what I like any more. I don't like synth I like real instruments.

A perfect example of a song that makes me really happy is "All For You" By Sister Hazel.

Other Songs I kinda like are "Lay Me Down" By The Dirty Heads.

But not other reggae really..

SOME Pop-Punk, SOME Classic Rock, but not most of either.

Sorry..I really don't know what I want...

I used to mostly love modern rock, but I stopped listening to most of it because it's depressing. And started listening to a lot of reggae, but you can only take so much pure reggae haha.

I tend to like bands or songs without necessarily liking the genre in general, so Idunno what to say. :/

I prefer acoustic to synthesized type music, in between is good too.

I'm open to pretty much anything except partying type music.

Any ideas?

I am vegetarian and want to eat fish for health, but don't want to buy them as I'm not sure which ones are sustainable. The pond isn't huge really. I am in the Bay Area [as in San Francisco Bay] in California. What edible species could do well there that I could get? Thank you:)

I want to get this piece of jewelry that is silver brushed metal. It's pretty cheap so I'm curious if it's the kind of metal to turn orangey?

I like em kinda big and clunky, like DJ-style, but they actaully have to work [not like Skullcandy.]

I am asking cause I am thinking about getting it tatted. I have gone through a lot of **** in my life and I admit a lot of it was self-inflicted. I'm ready to move on let my past make me stronger.

I have Native American blood in me and I am very interested in getting back to my roots. I think it was a great culture and the best for the planet and it's people and it should be supported and lived more. I would love to learn from elders who follow this. Who or what group could I contact for such an experience? Thank you.
