What is a good punishment?
Last night i was hanging out with my best friend, we skated up to safeway, but i forgot to tell my parents. When i got home they grounded me for 4 days. i am 18 and i leave for college in 7 days. now i only get to spend 3 days with my girlfriend. I talked to my mom and she said that if i could come up with a better punishment then she would un-ground me. PLease help me with some ideas.

How about you tell them to lighten the eff up unless they don't care if you ever come back from college, you're a G.D. adult.

My parents grounded me 3 days after I turned 18. They didn't hear from me for about 6 months. They learned to treat me like an adult after that.
I do not by any means recommend handling your situation like I did, you always need to respect your parents while you live with them.
I'm now 21 and living back home, and I always tell my mom where I'm going. Maybe offer to do some extra cleaning around the house

Clean the dirtiest thing or room in the house. Or the whole house by yourself if you have a clean house.
Or maybe outdoor work (mowing the lawn, picking up stuff)
Basically some kiind of chore that's really hard to do.
