It was my understanding that a Vorpal Blade was the proper weapon for the Frumious Bandersnatch.
Beware the Jabberwock and Jubjub bird on your hunt. A variable sword should provide good protection against them.
the Kzinti should make excellent bearers. Be careful not to insult them.
To get the meat home without spoilage you will need a large Slaver stasis box.

You may need some additional weaponry. I'll suggest a Colt M2011 pistol. It's 100 years better than an M1911. Also, you should at least consider using an M32 assault rifle. It's twice as good as an M16.

I can't argue with your choice of weapons, never having used any of them. The .460 Weatherby might be a bit on the light side. I hope you have embarked on a really serious weight training program, preferably in a centrifuge. You will need it, unless you intend to stay in your ship.
