What is a "jimmy" - can anyone help?

I think it is something to do with drugs but I am not sure?!

    Depending on the context, a "jimmy" can be anything from candy sprinkles on ice cream to a drink spiked to knock someone out! It might even mean a tool to break into a house or car.
