I take zinc, because if I dont I have "adult acne"
When my doc first suggested zinc over a perscription medication I thought she was crazy. But it really does wonders.
One thing I have learned, is that you can only take so much Zinc. Even if you take double a regular dose, your body simply doesnt take in the excess, and gives it back through diarreah, and nasea.
So stick to the recomended, which is about 50mg per day.
