What is Yuzu salt compared to regular salt?

I've seen it in Japanese restaurants, but don't know the difference between sea and regular salt.

Hi I'm a native Japanese guy.

YUZU is a kind of fruite, a Japanese citrus.

So, YUZU salt is salt with a hint of citrus.

For example, you can use it for tempura instead of special sauce.

    That's really nice.

In Japan, we rather use salt than sauce in authentic tempura restaurant.

We also have Macccha salt (green tea salt), Ume salt (plum salt), and so on.

    Try it!
