whats wrong with my balls.?

there's this little ball thing to the right of my right testicle. It feels weird and all what is it.

    Apparently, you have a little too much furniture in one of your rooms. Don't worry, it's probably just a temporary buildup of fat or clotted blood in your testes. However, if it becomes painful or does not go away, see a doctor.
