Which horrific crime is worse?
Smoking in public or puppy strangulation?
I know historically puppy strangulation has been considered worse, but since it has been proven that just standing near someone smoking will kill you dead immediately people get pretty frickin' upset about smoking in public so I'm not sure any more.

am positive that the worse crime is puppy strangualation or any other animal cruelty for that matter as smoking its legal and people tend to fret over second hand smoke now they have 3 erd hand smoke .mmm for smokers should just smoke at home or desinated places but am sure society will always find something wrong to say about mmm pretty much anything .

Well killing a puppy is worse as it cant defend itself. As far as smoking , people are going to smoke . If it bothers you just move out of that space, thay is what I do.

Puppy strangling by far is worse. Strangling the offensive smoker is justifiable homicide. :-)
