Computer Disk Cleanup Question...?

My computer was running slow so I did a disc cleanup. I notice that the number for my temperary internet files are so high and always seem to be high anymore. Why is that? I didn't have that problem with my old computer.

Temporary Internet Files is the name of a folder (directory) on your hard disk that is used by Internet Explorer to store Web pages, images, audio and video files, and other content from the Web sites that you are visiting.

the best way to delete them is to use Ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download its free and easy to use.

It surely merely deletes each and all the non everlasting unused records on your difficult rigidity. (you already know the non everlasting records that are created whilst surfing the information superhighway for swifter loading). It does sparkling a lot off even though it could make the information superhighway somewhat sluggish till now each and every thing because of fact it has to create the records back once you flow on your familiar internet site. The disk then jumps over that hollow each and every time inflicting it to sluggish.
