I want to stop a guy moving in with us?

Hey people, I know this guy, real pain in the gut, to make matters worse he wants to move in to the house that friends of mine and I rent.

I really don't want this to happen because I cant stand him and it's going to ruin my life at this house.

So Please please help me out...!! Thanks !!

    Tell him you dont want another roommate because theres not enough space.

    Talk to the roomies about it.

    Tell them how he gets under your skin or you just dont trust him.
