Science Homework Question Please.?
Okay, i have this homework, and its confusing.
Okay so im doing this on Coke and Mentos.
If I use a 12oz of Coke and a 1lr of Coke, Will the reaction be the same height>?
Its not the answer but it'll help me understand this.

That depends, if you use the 12oz and 1lr containers that they sell at the store, then the height will be different because of the difference in shape and size of the cap where the coke would exit. I'm not certain, but i think that it would be difficult to get the reaction to the same height. But, if you made the ammount of soda, size of bottle, size of cap, and ammount of mentos all to scale (e.g. 1-3), the height of the reactions would be to the same scale.(1-3)

well every time you you drop the minto into the coke it shouldn't be the same every time.
it matter how's good you shake it etc.
but if you but a minto into a 12oz coke it should be differnt then the 1lr.
the 1lr shouldn't go as high.
