What to wear on a longggggg flight?

I am flying from Sacramento to Chicago, then a layover in Chicago, then Chicago to Italy (at least a good 18-20 hour trip.)

I want to be comfortable but not look like I just got out of bed. I am going to to wear leggings for sure, but I don't have anything long enough to cover my butt that isn't a dress (I am having a very hard time dealing with panty lines)

Any suggestions?

If you dont want to have panty lines than wear a thong. Or if you don't have one/cant wear one, then wear underwear that grips under your butt tight, i know it sounds weird but its the only underwear ive come across other than a thong that doesn't show lines.

Dress and leggings can look really cute together as long as the dress isnt to your knees and not fancy.

You should definitely bring a jacket because airplanes can get really really cold. I would recommend sweats (if you want to look cute then get some from victoria secret, juicy, abercrombie, or aeropopstale.) And then maybe a cute tank or shirt with a jacket.

Also deinitely wear comfy shoes because you have to walk A LOT. Uggs are the best or fuggs (fake uggs) and super comfy. Also tennis shoes are good like converse. Just dont wear heels or uncomfy ballet flats or anything like that. Good luck! :)

Wear black yoga pants (you can sometimes find those at Old Navy). Those pants are extremely comfy & they also have a certain dressy (but not too dressy) look to them. Wear a nice, half sleeve (because you never know of those temperature changes) shirt. Most Italians are very dressy however so when you get there, perhaps you can dress into something a little more stylish.

Well, when I fly I usually wear light weight synthetic clothes that are hand washable, have plenty of pockets (including hidden pickpocket resistant ones), are treated against insects, and are sunburn resistant. Of course this looks über nerdy, and if style matters, I'm not a good example.

Well then don't wear leggings and wear skinny jeans instead with any comfy shirt that looks really cute/good. :) hope u have a good trip.
