    Remove her as a friend?

    Ask her to stop posting to your wall? (nicely of course!)

    This is exactly why I gave up social networking sites a year ago, social boundaries are too blurred.

    Have two accounts or simply ask her(there's no easy way to tell her, it will surely hurt her)
