They should get off their arses if they are capable of work, no-one likes a bludger.
If you don't want to work, that's ok, but you shouldn't get paid

I dont think its right because I as a 8Th grader at my middle school they have a program where If your on free or reduced lunch u can get into the "avid" program at my school and i want to be in it but my parents make to much money to qualify :/
