Configure GRUB for Linux to boot to Windows 7 Automattically?

So I am dual-booting Linux, and every time I boot up, if I don't move the arrows within 10 seconds, it boots up Linux. I use Windows mostly, and I want it to boot to Windows, or at least put it at the top of the list on GRUB, so after 10 seconds it boots to windows instead of Linux. Any Suggestions

Is this the Legacy Grub or Grub 2?

For the Legacy Grub, London answered that one well, you could also copy the windows section and paste it above the Linux OS section, then save and reboot.

For Grub 2 you will want to use a program called Startup Manager, which should be in the repositories.

As root, edit the file /boot/grub/menu.lst and change the line "default 0" to whatever number your Windows selection is in the list. If your Windows is the 3rd option in the list then change it to "default 2".
