I was wondering if anyone could really explain this to me. I came across a formula which states : ab(a-b)+bc(b-c)+ca(c-a) = -(a-b)(b-c)(c-a)

I am able to work the problem our from -(a-b)(b-c)(c-a) to get ab(a-b)+bc(b-c)+ca(c-a); however, I am not able to get it the other way around.

E.g.,: -(a-b)(b-c)(c-a)

-(ab - ac - b² + bc)(c-a)

-(abc - a²b - ac² + a²c - b²c + ab² + bc² - abc)

- abc + a²b + ac² - a²c + b²c - ab² - bc² + abc

a²b + ac² - a²c + b²c - ab² - bc²

Rearrange:

(a²b - ab²) + (b²c - bc²) + (ac² - a²c)

ab(a-b)+bc(b-c)+ca(c-a)

The B-tree file system (Btrfs) has been out for as far back as Linux 2.6.25. Oracle plans to push it out in production within the upcoming months.

I am currently trying it myself on a small 80GB HDD with a GPT layout under Sabayon 9 (KDE) Linux 3.4. Even though it is said that it doesn't do too well under small HDDs, it seems to be working very well; no problems so far.

Fundamental is the root word for Fundamentalist and Fundamentalism. However, Fundamental generally means pertaining to the foundation or basics of something; or pertaining to the original or primary source.

Now all Fundamentalists claim to be Christian (at least here on Y!A), and most (or in my case; all that I have come across) claim to be Bible Fundamentalists. Though many of them have very little knowledge or understanding what the First Christians taught or even the origin of the Bible. A good deal of them seem to express that God gave the Bible directly from heaven, or even think that the Bible was originally written in English.

So as a Fundamentalist, wouldn't the priority be to research all of the writings of the Early Christians e.g., St. Ignatius Of Antioch, Saint Athanasius, Saint Augustine, Saint Cyprian, &c., as that would be going back to the fundamentals of Christianity?

If not, what exactly becomes the original source of faith and doctrine for Fundamentalists?

Since all seem to agree with the Protestant doctrines such as certain doctrines of Martin Luther, Calvin, &c., wouldn't their fundamentals only go as far back as the the 16th century? (This is logically looking at it).

I ask this because I have seen some pretty (baseless) claims. E.g., http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aq1pP... ., Not only has this person made a generalization, one of the dumbest thing anyone can do (Christians, Atheists, &c., come in all races)., but they lack any statistical information to back up their claim.

At any rate, I find the whole racists bullshit to be getting old and people need to grow the hell up. Their are racist people within all ethnic demographies, though most seem to single out only one ethnic group.

Gnu Image Manipulation Program (a.k.a. GIMP) version 2.8 is getting closer to release. Many are speculating that it may be a close as next month some time (though we know not to hold our breath).

At any rate, there are many new features; Single Window UI, Warp Transform, Seamless Clone, &c. And also, it looks like version 2.10 will be skipped and version 3.0 will be the next release (though it might be under the guise of 2.10).

I just saw someone recently post "Tea Party Terrorists."

Last I check, there was no: murder, rape, deification in public and on police vehicles, Public sexual intercourse, Public Masturbation, Suicides, Arson, thefts, Telling victims not to go to the police and let it be handled from within their little click, &c. Which all happened with the Liberal Wall Street protesters who had no idea what the hell they were/are protesting.

From the message that I got from the Tea Party, they wanted smaller govern't, reduced govern't spending, &c.

Though we have people who come up with, "they are terrorists," and "they want to destroy the earth and want dirty air and water," yet they left no trash what-so-ever behind when they were done. I just find it to be rather odd. I understand that she is merely one voice and does not speak on behalf of the Greek Orthodox Church.

I am just wondering if there are any other who agree with this person. I have already come across some Orthodox (whether Russian Orthodox or Greek &.,) who do not share the same views.

Many seem to misunderstand this verse thinking that Jesus here is showing a form of fear which is completely incorrect. I was wondering if anyone has a deep understanding of this verse.

Some claim that in the Bible (Matth. xvi) Petros (Πέτρος) means pebble and petra (πέτρᾳ) means rock.

If you are one to believe this, how did you come to this conclusion?

I was born in one country, raised in another.

My father was born in another country.

I was not his only child.

He fathered several children with numerous women.

I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me.

My mother died at an early age from cancer.

Although my father deserted me and my mother raised me, I later wrote a book idolizing my father not my mother.

Later in life, questions arose over my real name.

My birth records were sketchy.

No one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.

I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in my new country, but I practiced non-traditional beliefs and didn't follow Christianity, except inthe public eye under scrutiny.

I personally feel that it is a very powerful painting.

Most Protestants accuse the Catholic Church of adding and removing from the Bible. Though most Protestant bibles have the word "image" added to Exodus xx. 4 & Deut. v. 8.

The Latin Vulgate uses the word Sulptile which a direct translation of the Hebrew פֶסֶל (pesel) and literally means "Graven Thing" or "Carved Thing" that which is used as an idol. The Greek uses the word "ἔιδωλον" or Idol.

If the Latin were to conform to "Graven Image" it would have to read as Imaginem Sculptum. Sculptile (sculptulis) and Sculptus (sculpta \ sculptum) sound very similar, because Sculptus is the root for Sculptile. Sculptus alone literally means graven (carving).

So why is the word "image" added to your bibles?

I ask because all who have claimed to be ex-catholic on Y!A, have shown that they know diddly squat about the Church and Her teachings. Did any of you ever ask yourself :

"hummm... I don't understand (or agree with) this doctrine that the Church teaches, Why does the Church teach it? Why don't I do a little research by reading what the Early Church Fathers had to say, or the Church Doctors, what did they have to say?"

I find it ironic, that every ex-catholic I have come across, have done little to no research to understand the Catholic Doctrine and Theology. Yet they jump ship and do as much research to go on an offensive attack against the Church with the neochristianis.

It is like what a JW asked me once. He said "in college, if you are in a class where the teacher is no good and you are failing because of him/her, what do you do?" His answer "you go else where."

I feel like there are many who have this mentality, so simple minded. Anyone smart would look at it as:

Well if I am in a Math Class, it is best to find a teacher who teaches the same subject. What good would it do you, to go to an English teacher for math? LOL he didn't like that comeback, though that's the reality of things.

I know that it is obviously Koine Greek. Also from what I have been able to determine, within the Greek Bible, it [κεχαριτωμένη] seems to only be used once, and is only used for Θεοτόκος. Is this correct.
