Is there any way to avoid the boobs getting smaller on a diet?

I'm currently dieting right now and I've lost 4kg so far.

I want to lose more weight to get a flat stomach but I've noticed that I'm not filling out my bras like I used to. Is there any way to avoid this or do I just have to suck it up?

(Could I possibly exercise the pecs underneath to give the illusion of having boobs?)

Unfortunately, boobs and butts go down along with the undesired fats. You can't avoid it, so just get used to it. Your body will retain its proportions--just slimmer.

Targetted weight loss is quite hard, some peeple would state impossible, nevertheless I melted away 2 inches from my waistline by following the tips and tricks on the website in the box below. Give it a try, their information is very down to earth!

When you diet you lose weight from all over your body. You can do exercises to tighten up your abs so that your stomach looks firmer, but there is no way to target weight loss from your mid-section only.
