Loving life.... vs loving YOUR life....?
Sorry, i am on a roll this morning with my brain doing over time thinking!!
Right then, I was just thinking and wondering about the "love of life"... and "loving YOUR life".
Have you ever felt that you love LIFE BUT you don't love YOUR life... because its not the way you wanted it to be?
I guess what i mean is that what do you do if you hate your life, the way it is.... but you feel deep down that you do love life (just not YOURS the way it is!)
Not sure anyone will even see what i mean?
Does anyone know what i mean or am i blowing hot air into the wind??

I have always loved life, but I have NOT always loved My life. I am now tho- ever since I got clean and sober, and removed those things from my life that caused my stress levels to rise....this means people, places, and things. My life is mine now, and I am doing with it exactly what I want with it (which may not seem much to others, but I am happy) being on a much appreciated permanent vacation from my "old" life that I didn't like too much.

No that makes perfect sense.
Love is a word that's meaning gets lost often. I think one can only truly understand love when they've both experienced it and lost it. Often love comes after something is lost - at least the realisation of your love for it is only apparent then.
What I'm saying is that I think most people love life - people need life, they breathe life, they desire life both personally and instinctively. They even probably love their life despite its imperfections. Our lives can be horrible, unbearable, painful but there's always some aspect of it even if you can't see it or feel it or admit it, even if it is simply the desire not to lose it - no matter how hidden it is it's always there and that indicates our love for life. Not just life but ours.
Memories - they mean everything to us. Everything to every single one of us. If you don't feel that now then that's because you're blocking them out. Memories are both painful and beautiful. They capture feelings that are still here but long forgotten - they capture a personal interpretation of a specific emotion - sadness, happiness, anger, hate. Those emotions are what make us human, what make life interesting and what we never want to lose. Because once you can't feel, you can't love - except through memories.
So, no matter how hard you try to deny it, everybody loves their life, even if it's just a little or just a distant memory. If memories are intertwined with us then they never leave us truly and therefore the memory of love is with you and so surely that at least means something?
Love tends to also run side by side with hate. But that's another story. :)

I understand the need to explore, and most people do. But you have to understand the REASON why. Most girls or guys want to explore so that they can find out what they want most in life out of a man or woman. Most people aren't so lucky as you to find it right away at such a young age. But I think if you consider what path you'd go on even if you decided to "explore"... it would lead you right back to where you are. So why waste time exploring when you can spend it being in love. And as far as Cinderella goes... I don't know, I'm not really into fairy tale movies. :)

Gotcha! Your waking life is haunted by your dreams of how things could be. Life is struggle. But this is not a bad thing. It means it's built into you to hope for something more. Thus, while we have a passion for the adventure of living, we struggle to find meaning in an ambiguous world. You are truly human to love life, and the dream of living life to fullest, even if you are frustrated at your finitude.

Loving life means loving the life that is in me. Yet I have loved my life and been unhappy, greatly disliked the interference that has caused the path of my life to be difficult.
I think I understand your meaning though.

I see what you mean but ultimately you don't love life unless you love your life! Its just you know that life is awesome you just haven't got there yet!
Some people don't even think life is good let alone their own life!
Decide what you HAVE to do with your life before you die the things you must do/be/have to enjoy life to the fullest! Then work hard to get them!
Enjoy
