My pc won't let me upload adobe flash player.?

I have tried different things,but nothing works. Any suggestions are appreciated,thanks.

    You may be getting hung up with Adobe's download manager (DLM), which happens occasionally...

    Try the direct download instead - save the file wherever you want, and then run it

    If you're installing flash player 10.1you need to uninstall flash player 9 first.Hope this helps !

    This can happen if a previous install gets screwed up.

    The answer is to use this page to download the flash uninstaller, run it, then just install normally again after that:
