Which is better short natural hair or a curly afro wig?

I have a short cut with a mild texturizer and it's attractive but for fun I purchased a curly afro wig (still was trying to keep it real) in a lighter color and while on vacation I received so many compliments on the wig that I'm wondering if I should just wear it when I go back to work. I know that a lot of women wear wigs and that it's not that unusual but am embarrassed to say I'm having self-esteem issues about the hair. I cut my hair low because it broke off from a too strong relaxer and I couldn't save it. I'm determined to let it grow out to the length of the wig as it is the same texture of my hair. Here's a pic of the wig and a pic of an example of my haircut. Please no rude comments as I am sensitive about it and that's why I avoided asking my friend's advice. http://www.lfhair.com/xcart/customer/product.php?p... and my current haircut looks like this: http://www.naturalhairgrows.com/natural-hair-growt...

While wigs are totally awesome, it’s important that you do not select just any wig. The whole idea behind wigs is that you want them come off as natural looking and the last thing you want is a wig that is way too shiny or something that doesn’t fit the frame of your face. There are a tons of curly wigs out there that resemble natural hair, but if you are going for a sleek look they also have wigs that have some texture to it so it looks like straightened afro textured hair.

All hair grows at with regard to a similar velocity. Curly hair would not boost slower, it extremely sounds like it thinking's bunched up. in case you have been to straighten your hair you would be a great deal shocked at how long this is, that's what happened to me. Hair grows at a pair of million/2 inch a month, in spite of the uncomplicated certainty that it grows speedier in spite of if this is free of shrink up ends and wholesome.

Personally I like guys with shorter hair. I don't mind it being a little long like 3-4 inches (maybe a little longer) as lengthy as it's styled in a very good way.

I understand completely! Now I have semi-short hair, because my flat iron damaged it, so I got it cut, and I was so sad, that I got one too. Only mine is the way it used to be. like you, I'm keeping it real. Same color, below my shoulders and wavy with long swept over bangs. Now I feel like me again!! I have gotten loads of compliments, but my husband is against it-I think it's a jealousy thing. Don't worry about others, they don't understand that a women's hair is her glory!xxx
