Going to new high school?
Hi, I just moved and I'm starting my freshman year. However, I don't feel like the person i was before. Before, I always wanted to stay at the top and do everything at the beginning. I was so enthusiastic about everything. I felt I had a fire inside me. Everyone regarded me as being good at math and science. I joked around alot, but still kept serious when it was down to schoolwork. Now, when i came here, I feel like I want to just sleep and do nothing...I still do math, but I've gotten lazier. I'm also getting more and more distracted. It's probably because I lost my reputation, and now I have to build up from the beginning. Any advice on how to break this depression/whatever it is?
I think I'm being too humble right now. I'm right now thinking that my skills are very weak.

You're just gonna have to face it. You're not in a depression you just can't be bothered with a new school. There's going to be people cleverer than you likely but it doesn't mean you can't beat them if you try hard enough. All you're going to do if you keep being lazy is never be anywhere you want to be. Think of this as a challenge and makes friends with the people just as clever as you.. That way, to everone else it's a friendly rivalry but to you it really means something. Maybe you are tired and have a loss of concentration, again think of it a personal challenge to get it back.. Suck it up!! When I went into 8th grade I found that there was this one guy who beat me on everything, and that motivated me so much to beat him so I did what I just told you to do - I made him my friend. Now we're leaving school together, firm friends from some rivalry in first year. I beat him on my final tests and that was all because he thought he was the cleverest and didn't have to study, and I worked to get where I am. I promise you, it's about self-willing and about challlenging yourself :)
