What is this hairstyle?

I am just wondering what kind of a hairstyle this is. I have pictures of Jason Sudeikis, but I was also wondering for others who have a similar style and styling tips.

    thsi guys got a quiff going on in his hair.

    wash+condition hair.

    blowdry you hair (make sure theres a nozzle on the dryer) in the direction you want it to fall (back) with a round brush rotating it.

    finish off with hairspray and voila.

    Just brush it forward and comb it back, use whatever yu need to keep it in place. Easy peasy
