Is there still a demand for travel agent?
Hello :)
So i am currently trying to figure out my career and what i want to do for the future and such (i'm a highschool senior right now)
I have come to realize that i LOVE traveling and finding places to stay and planning vacations, many that i won't be able to actually go on....
I was thinking that become a travel agent would be a great career, but since the internet is so big now and pretty much everyone can use it, my question is, do people still actually use travel agents?

The demand is getting smaller every year; and more specialized. Your best hope is to get hired by a big corporation to do all of their travel planning. That could keep you busy for 10 years.
2nd choice would be to concentrate on one sector; like cruises. Then people would seek you out because you know them all.
