Ok, in Mall World they have a new outfit. I want to buy it to wear but I can never find it. The outfits is Objectivism by Petite Main.

ok let me answer.
all new outfits in mall world sometimes just available in catalouge,
and not available in mall world's shop such as vista, prom 2010, ivy hall, beauty zone etc.
so to buy it, you can only get it in your neighbour's shop which has leveled up to 63 and able to unlock the 'objectivism by petite main' outfit, if they're not in level 63 yet, you can never find its new outfits on mall world.
just be patient to get it okay :) I'm just leveled up to 45 and my neighbours also don't level 63 yet. so I also can't find it to buy.
