Floyd Mayweather's VICIOUSLY RACIST RANT....?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RN-4cLGcdAA&feature...
Mayweather, in this clip, goes off on a very racist rant on Manny Pacquiao.
He said that he was "going to cook that y*llow chump Pacquiao".
Then, he refers to Pacquiao as a "midget," then uses sushi roll, shrimp tempura, and rice references.... Not only offending Filipinos, but Japanese people as well.
He also said that he "was going to cook that M-Fer with cats and dogs..."
A Pacquiao fan called in to defend Pacquiao against Mayweather's remarks and Mayweather called him a "F*****".
Bottom line, Mayweather is a RACIST. His comments are regrettable, and highly offensive.
Your thoughts on this?

I am a Mayweather fan but I won't be able to defend this anymore. He was clearly wrong! I don't support those statements. I am black but I do not support what he said! Mayweather crossed the line! I argue a lot with Pac fans but I never insult their race. I have many Filipino friends and in real life we always laugh when we talk about boxing and never fight with each other. If Mayweather retires without fighting Pacquaio, I will become from his biggest fan to his biggest hater, and that's coming from someone who has been called a flomo in this forum for a million time.

All I know is that if Pacquiao saw this I'm sure he would have just laughed or ignored it and then move on. He's much better than that and won't stoop down to Floyd's level. His fists will do the talking and hopefully Floyd receives the @ss whooping that he's been asking for.

Mayweather shows that he has absolutely NO discipline or professionalism at all. Watching it once was already enough for me and I felt my IQ just dropped. Seriously, where's the honor and respect from this 'great' boxer? He's supposed to be a professional and not some petty racist.

I believe that Mayweather said those things because he cannot stand hearing about Pacquiao any longer. His racist rant was pure ignorance although it wasn't that shocking coming from Mayweather. It reminded me of Adam Corollas vulgar tirade where he said that Manny prays to chicken bones and that “Here’s how you know when your country doesn’t have a lot going for it: When everything is about Manny Pacquiao...Get a fu**in life as a country". Yes they were both racist and highly offensive but I expect something like this to come from a random comment from a random fan, whether it be a Mayweather fan or a Pac fan, not from their own mouth. I know that Mayweather will not apologize for this so the best thing to do is just keep this in mind when they (Pac and Mayweather) actually fight.

Mayweather's comments is by far the dumbest and most uncalled for thing I've heard in boxing, since some of Tyson's crazy statements. There's no room for it. Mayweather not only insults Pacquiao, but an entire Asian culture as well.
As an African-American, myself, it's embarrassing to hear something like that come out of Mayweather's mouth. It's almost a bad representation of my own race. Then again, I tell myself that one idiot doesn't represent who I am. Anyway, with comments like that, Mayweather is no better than the people that our parents, grandparents, and ancestors had to deal with vocally.
After Mayweather's latest comments, I PRAY that he gets his &ss handed to him in his next bout, whether it be against Manny Pacquiao or a relatively unknown fighter.

if he fights pacquaio it wont matter. He just lost all his fans. Not only is that incredibly racist and rude, but has he ever heard of good sportsmanship? Its boxing okay. Yeah its a rough sport but the real winners are the people who keep a good attitude after getting a black eye and a fat lip. Pacquiao is a much better man then mayweather will ever be. He cares about his family. SHAME ON YOU MAYWEATHER!

Jose, I hardly ever get offended when it comes to these things and a lot of times, I feel that people have become too sensitive. My best friend is black and he makes asian jokes all the time and I make black jokes to him, but it's all light hearted and both of us know that neither of us truly mean, what we say, so it's easy to laugh at them. I find americasfavoritethug one of the funniest contributors in this forum, so as you can see, I don't get offended easily.
However, when I watched the video yesterday, I was appalled and embarassed. I was embarassed for his fans who have defended him through all these times. I was appalled that he had the nerve to have those words leave his mouth, and shocked that he would think that any of this was funny or called for. I couldn't even focus on the video I was in utter shock. After a minute or two, I saw his mouth moving, but couldn't understand he what he was saying because my mind was so cloudy in confusion. I have never liked Mayweather as a person outside the ring, as a personality, but I've always had quite a bit of respect for what he's accomplished. But quite frankly, his racist rant makes it hard for me to even support what he's accomplished.

A very very insecured person. We can't help but blame the parent. It is the parent responsibility to teach and discipline their children. All of his behavior is a reflection of his upbringing. I can not tell you if he is succeeding in getting to Manny's nerve. Nobody will carry this except him. I will just glorify what he did if I personally react to what he said
Both of Manny and him grew up in an hostile environment I believed and both of them doesn't have much education either but I am sure that Manny even without the proper guidance of his parent most of the times since he left their home at a young age, learned something. I guess that is USA, too much freedom, and the intervention of the government on how you can discipline your children. Spare the whip and create a monster. All of what he is saying reflects to Black America and I hope it will be taken in an educated way by an educated mind. He will be punish and be held accountable for everything on the day of reckoning.
@ China Doll,
So you're back, Whats up Babe. Long time no see. I am excited to see you again.

I've always been a huge fan of Mayweather for his pure boxing skill and technical virtuosity and I've always thought his bad personality and arrogance was just to make the fight more marketable but this rant has taken it a step too far. I think it has proven to me now that Mayweather genuinely doesn't really have a nice personality.

Mouthy kid calls out quiet kid in class and quiet kid doesn't back down. He stands up and calls mouthy kid outside.
Mouthy kid doesn't know what to do but he must save face.
Adults come just in time to break it up but mouthy kid gets even mouthier, knowing that the adults are between him and Quiet kid, who just took his heart.
It doesn't take a genius to know who "Mouthy kid" is and who is "Quiet kid".
Floyd is scared.
For all his efforts, Floyd can't rattle Pacquiao, even a little.
He talked trash and got under de la Hoya's skin. Oscar wanted to break him and couldn't think.
He talked trash and got under Hatton's skin. Ricky wanted to kill him and couldn't think.
He talked trash and got under Mosley's skin. Shane couldn't even talk and, in the ring, he couldn't punch.
Manny hasn't budged. He only said "Lets fight".
When Floyd's words cant faze Manny, he does what any other loser would do. He resorts to racism and name calling, like a scared little boy.
A little trash talk is usually not such a bad thing. In the past, I understood Floyd's eagerness to get under his opponent's skin. The saddest thing is that he doesn't HAVE to resort to such tactic. It could actually be a bit entertaining, if done in good taste, leaving it to your opponent's abilities, even if you think they're lacking.
Floyd's ravings, towards Pacquiao is LOW, even by his standards. Against the others, he might have some reason and, again, the things he said about the others is understandable, even if not agreeable. He has NO reason to speak of Manny Pacquaio, or his people, his country or heritage, in such a way.
If Manny were to respond and mention, let's say, the Mayweather family's criminal history or their lack of education, they'd be the first ones wanting to bring in this group and that group, like the poor sports they are.
I have occasionally found the Mayweathers' behavior entertaining, again, if it's not overboard. Floyd is the youngest and obviously the dumbest. I wouldn't be surprised if his sponsors all decided to disassociate with him.
I think he might have damaged the Mayweather name in this sport. I think people are starting to get a little tired of FLoyd.
Still, he can't budge Manny.................and that scares him.
It also makes him look more like the coward he is.
