I recommend MangaFox as a first option, it has a very large variety and the website is simple and easy to understand (you know how some websites are messy and complicated):

MangaReader has a similar format to Mangafox and is good for the liscenced mangas that Mangafox doesen't have (Bleach, One Piece, Naruto etc..)
