I almost made a right on red but i didnt! still the camera flashed. will i get a ticket?
i was about to make a right only to realize rights could only be made on a green arrow, so i stop but the cameras flashed at least 3 times. im in california

Each photo and video taken by the Redflex system in California is reviewed by an person. Its not an automatic process. Red light cameras misfire pretty frequently even if there is no one in the intersection. If you simply crossed the limit line, there is a chance a "ticket" could be issued but it would be up to the discretion of the person reviewing how far you crossed, etc.
The tickets themselves aren't real tickets. There are a number of ways to get out of them. If you get one, come back and we'll help you. You can also visit highwayrobbery.net for info.

If the camera flashed, you'll get a ticket - fight it in court if you think you're right and have some ability to prove it.

If you were in the intersection, beyond the end lane marker, you were in violation. Yes, they will send you a ticket.
