how do i remove some one from my family tree on facebook with out removing them as a friend?

I'm guessing that you are not referring to the family tree app, but you mean the family that you add on your info page on your profile.

To remove someone from this, go to your profile. Click the 'info' tab, and then click edit towards the right of the 'about me' heading. On the left of this page, click 'relationships'. Here should be a list of the people you have added as your family, and under each person towards the right there is a 'remove' button. Clicking this will remove that person from your family, but keeps them as your friend and everything.

any image you place up on facebook would be taken by somebody else.. there's no longer something asserting she would have the capacity to't. if it truly bothers you that she took them possibly you will desire to talk to her.
