How do you flip a video that was filmed upside down?

Question

I filmed something with my phone's video camera upside down by accident.  The format my Palm Pre put the video in is QuickTime.   I've already imported the video from my phone onto my computer.   Is there a way to flip the whole video so I can watch it without having to standing on my head?    :)
