A what if question in a case of illness?

You are a Pro golfer in the lead on Sunday morning. Your caddy calls and says they are sick and can't carry the bag for you. What do you do? Withdraw, ask a buddy, call another caddy from someone who missed the cut? What do you do?

Update:

I am sure they wouldn't have any trouble but where do they find a replacement? Can you just tell your brother who's there, 'Ok, you're gonna carry the bag for me today'.

I'm pretty sure you can get anyone else to carry your bag. I can't remember which tournament it was, but Mickelson had his wife's doctor (the one treating her for cancer) to carry his bag for a few holes.

A tour pro in the lead of a golf tournament would have no trouble whatsoever in finding a replacement caddy.
