I need help finding a really nice phoenix tattoo?

google pics of pheonix tattoos and pic the one you like or even other similar looking birds and a good tattoo artist can easily add those long pretty feathers and make it a custom pheonix peice for you.

First all phoenixes are very complicated and detailed. It's what makes them look so good. Yours is an excellent example and I wouldn't change a thing. It's fabulous! But it will never be small, so it cannot be shrunk or you lose all the detail that makes it look so good. Yours is either a full back piece or a combination chest and stomach piece. On women they always look better on the chest. In your case chest and part of the stomach. In the tattoo world, its not the size but how beautiful it is that really matters. A badly shrunk phoenix will always look bad to everyone including you while a large well executed one will only be noticed for its beauty by everyone including you. So a beautiful large tattoo always beats a crappy small tattoo. In tattooing, if you go for beauty, you will never be disappointed.
