if somebody says something is deceptively easy...?

does it mean it's easy even though it looks hard

or

it's hard even though it looks easy?

i'm kinda confused

    VERY no longer ordinary, lol I be conscious that I say those issues while i'm no longer questioning lots, extra of like an twist of fate. often I take it sluggish to declare stuff, yet while it incorporates good thoughts.... each and every so often I lose myself.. hahah
