How do I update a package in Kubuntu from the proposed repository?
I'm trying to update Ktorrent from 3.3.2 to 4.0.2. I'm not sure if this version is in the proposed repository, but at the moment I can't even find the address of the next proposed repository to find out.
Could someone tell me the deb address of this repository so I can investigate? Looked all over the ubuntu and kubuntu wesbites and can't find it. I know its there, I've seen it before. But can't find it for the life of me.
Cheers

Have you ticked on the "proposed" option in System -> Administration -> Sources?
You can try to find a PPA (personal package archive) for KTorrent. Go to the Launchpad site and look it up there. PPAs usually have more recent and bleeding-edge versions of software than the "vanilla" repositories that come with Ubuntu.
