How to re-upload images on wikipedia?
The question say's it all really. When an image is on wikipedia, there is a change log or something like that. How do "I" re-upload images with better versions.

If it says "This is a file from the Wikimedia Commons", follow the bolded link. Log in to Commons then you'll see a link that says "Upload a new version of this file" at Commons.

Your question is better suited for Wikimedia Commons, not Yahoo! Answers. There are 49 paid staff members at the Wikimedia Foundation -- the hosts of both Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Commons. Ask them, as they are paid to support users. We are not.
