Easterenders Fire. Anyone notice Peggy had change of clothes after the fire?

The paintwork on the staircase didn't even look blistered when Peggy sneaked in for a last look. Wonder where you get that paint?

I noticed her clothes, it's not like there is anyone else her size in the square, she's very short but quite busty.

I also noticed that her hair was looking good, no sign of soot & it looked like it had been washed & set.

I was in a small fire once & it took about three washes to get the soot & the smell out of my hair.

The night before the stairs had been so hot that the flames were rippling across the ceiling.

When they do that the fire is about to 'flash back', it reaches intense temperatures when it does that.

Those stairs wouldn't have been safe to stand on, never mind the paint work being intact.

They really haven't thought this through properly.

They wanted a big dramatic fire, but afterwards they want everything to go back to normal as soon as possible.

    Not very realistic !

I was watching her on TV this morning and she said that it was suggested that she borrowed a cardigan etc from Roxy but she said that she thought that it was better if she popped to the Launderette and picked up her bag of washing which included her white suit.

I don't know about the paint which was on wallpaper as well but I noticed the curtains in the lounge were still OK when she went up for her bag ------i.e.up the WOODEN stairs and that the boarded-up door opened inwards!

Well the clothes she was wearing looked like they could belong to either Roxy or Ronnie, the glittery vest top wasn't very Peggy was it so she prob borrowed it.

I agree about the stair case though, not charred at all
