Trying to conceive with PCOS?

My husband and I are desperately trying to conceive. I found out a little over a year ago that I have PCOD and I having taking clomid, provera, and metaformin to help in our desperation to conceive. I have also lost about 45 pounds in the last couple of months as suggested by the doctor, but still no luck. Can anyone else out her give me any encouragement or anything that they have use to help them with their issues when it came to trying to conceive? Anybody!

I also have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for over 2 years. I have also been taking metformin, provera, and have taken 2 rounds of clomid.

Great job on losing 45 pounds... that is a great step when trying to conceive with PCOS. I have done lots of research and most women using clomid will conceive after the 3rd cycle. So my advise is to stop stressing, stop trying so hard and relax, keep taking your medication and losing the weight. ( I have lost 10 pounds so far) You should also be taking prenatal vitamins. Have sex every other day starting on day 10. You should be using ovulation kits twice a day starting on day 10 (day 1 is the first day of your period) and when you get a positive have sex that day, the next day and the next day.
