Has anybody actually won a receipt survey?

Has anybody ever actually won the cash or shopping spree you are supposed to have a chance for when you take the survey from your walmart, dollar general, ect receipt? Are those for real or just a big lie?

    I have - a $50 dollar voucher for an online survey!!! YOu could have knocked me down with a feather.

    Though it may not be so relevant to you because I'm in Australia :)

    In USA, there are no real "instant winners". I have researched this thoroughly, and it is a scam. You may get a coupon, though.
