Really? I've had them in my family since I was a kid and never noticed much shedding at all. Even when they're brushed they hardly leave fur on the brush like the other breeds we've had. Yet I see all these websites about dog breeds and my collection of dog breed books call them moderate shedders. I'm looking for real experience.

If you had an uncommon breed, like an otterhound, that you wanted to show in an all-breed show, but it was the only dog of its breed registered for that show, what would happen? Would you not be able to show because there is no competition? Would a judge look at your dog to see that it fits the standard and award you a point? Would you only show in the group ring? I'm wondering this because I would like a dog to do utility trials with and possibly conformation but I've never done this and I want a breed like an otterhound or komondor.

I'm only 145lbs but well endowed. Not sure if I like this sublimation top or not. Its fine on the bottom half but the chest area is a bit of a struggle if it looks ok or not. Can't find any pictures online of a model with an actual chest wearing one to compare. I'm also not sure if I like the whole slasher film look but I love the shape, color, and fabric of the shirt.

There was a "chow mix" abandoned on Animal Cops Houston today (season 7 episode 8) and I was screaming at the tv because it was a Belgian Tervuran. I was mad because I see them make these mistakes at this particular spca every time I watch an episode. I forgot its name and I wanted to use him as an example in an email. They nearly put the dog down instead of treating it for heartworm because they thought it was too underweight and old, but had they known anything about what breed it was, they might have seen a more middle aged belgian shepherd off by 5 pounds instead of what they thought was a senior underweight chow mix.

Another time they found a stray great pyrenees in good shape that looked like a lost pet. They thought it was a young St Bernard and thus never would have found its owner because they weren't looking at ads for a lost pyrenees.

Does this "improvement" still taste like ketchup on bread to anybody else?

Has anybody ever actually won the cash or shopping spree you are supposed to have a chance for when you take the survey from your walmart, dollar general, ect receipt? Are those for real or just a big lie?

I see rescue groups who transport dogs from the south to places from Ohio to New York to New England. This seems stupid to me because those places already have a large homeless dog population. Where I live in WI, for 25 years, I have NEVER seen a homeless dog, only dogs who escape from their owners, who are frantic to get them back. We don't have pet stores that sell dogs. Almost all of our shelters are low or no kill for dogs because they aren't overpopulated. I don't know of any transport rescue groups that come here so I want to get the word out to them that this is an ideal spot. So if anybody knows that name of groups that transport across country, I'd appreciate if they told me those names so maybe I could get the idea of WI in their heads.

I'm all ready to buy a new laptop soon, but then I use my friend's new lappy with Windows 7 and I don't want a new one anymore. It runs like a Mac. Who runs a Mac on purpose? Too many unnecessary steps. And pictures over words, do you really need a task bar filled with little pictures so you can see all of your crap? Now I want a new laptop but stick with Windows XP. I don't get people. How is Windows 7 supposed to be simple and great?

The car doesn't have a smart key, its just ghetto. Is there any chance of it stalling if I were to drive after starting it without putting the key in?

Why do we feel that women in the middle east who cover their faces religiously should be forced to be free from this kind of treatment whether they want to or not, but we turn the other way about Australians treating women like posessions? Are Australians not the lowest form of scum? Even in online forums I find Australians to be rude and pushy. You Australians better start making up for how everybody else feels about your scumbag society. Do you even care how the world views you?

I only have northern facing windows and the blinds are rarely open. Its also winter in WI so there's even less chance of light. What kind of soil and food is best for them? I only have two baby plants with 3-4 leaves each.

My new 6" midas cichlid does not have a head bump yet but does have a pointed dorsal fin. Is it for sure a male with the pointed fin or should it have a head bump already if it was a male? When do they mature?

I have two completely different hands. One simian and one regular. They don't even come close to matching up. I use both equally so I have no dominant hand. Does anybody know any theories behind this or where I can find answers? My life lines also go up instead of curving around and out. That's not even an option in the books or websites I've read.

If you're going to own a pet, learn to spell it. There's no such thing as a "hamPster".

Furthermore: its a chihuahua, not a chiuaua (chee-ow-ow?). Rabbits and ferrets are not rodents. And Bettas are not letters of the Greek alphabet.

I really think a turtle would be better off dead than in a 10 gallon tank. Why not spend the same amount and get a rubbermaid bin so the turtle has room to move around and also room to add some land area for them?

If I had all the money in the world, I'd fly out and get Brie right now...but how could I leave the others behind?

This may sound dumb, I know the site has gone to heck and isn't worth playing anymore. I haven't been on neopets in 3 years. I have all of my account names and passwords recorded, but now they ask for a birthdate as well to enter the site. I don't remember the random dates I used on each account. So, I can't get on my accounts. I know they have a login page that doesn't ask for birthdate, but I don't know how to bring it up. I don't have anything worth stealing on my accounts, I sent everything to my main account, which I CAN access. If you think I want to hack an account for the stuff, you can go on the accounts you can play on the accounts yourself and see there is nothing.
