Calorie counting experts needed! How many calories did I eat today?

Okay, so I am not sure how many calories I am supposed to be getting daily, but I am 13, 5' 4", and like 101-103 lbs. I have been trying to watch what I eat and today I had

Breakfast-

One packet of quaker instant oatmeal (the plain kind, I added some ground cinnamon and splenda)

1 glass of skim milk (about 1 cup)

Lunch-

About 4 oz. Costco rotisserie chicken (I tried to get only white meat and no skin)

1 large royal gala apple

snack-

about 6 oz. classic romaine lettuce

4-5 tbsp. Jacks special medium salsa

Dinner-

quesadilla (made with a smart and delicious wheat tortilla and 1/3 cup weight watchers mexican blend cheese)

1 Jell-O cup (the 10 cal kind)

So, how many calories? Was it at least a moderately healthy day? I would prefer to know the calories in each food, but if that's too much work then just put the total, but please answer!

    180 for breakfast

236 for lunch (that chicken is AMAZING)

    44 for snack (that's a pathetic snack :p)

    130 for dinner

    10 for dessert

=600 calories exact..Eat more.. You can seriously injure your body eating this much calories..

the average person needs at least 2000-2500 calories a day, along with exercise..

your a growing teen, you need food! eat more and better choices

For breakfast have fresh homemade oatmeal instead of that instant crap! add an apple or banana or some kind of fruit with it! along with milk!

for lunch throw that chicken on 2 slices of whole grain bread! or a pita pocket! along with some lettuce, tomato, mustard and avocado as a spread, and have baby carrots dipped in salsa on the side

for a snack have some low-fat yogurt with fruit and cinnamon!

For dinner add some meat onto your tortilla! like turkey or chicken!

for dessert have your jell-o with some low-fat cottage cheese! and maybe some granola on top!

your only a teen once! live your life to the fullest! you don't need to diet! save that for when your in your 50's

    just eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins, exercise at least 20-30 minutes a few times a week. With this plan you'll be on healthy gal [;

BTW you don't need to lose any weight!

I'm not sure of the amount of calories but yes it seems like you ate well. Nice and balanced.

Also I would not recommend you lose any weight. You are already very skinny! Im 5'4 and 114lbs and very slim.
