yahoo does not allow pictures from what i have heard the only way to put a picture is to post a link with your question

Adding Pictures To Q & A’s.
You can only add links to a picture you wish to post.
Pictures need to be on a site like Photo Bucket or Flickr.
Copy the URL and paste it, or if it is on a webpage, use that URL.
