Lead in friend's wall's?
My friend say's that his house (Northumberland, UK - Not Refurbished) say's he has lead in the wall. Now I'm unsure to if this is true and what concerns there are? I know that lead has a lot of toxicity concerns and he says it cuts the signal from his house. Just wondering why it might be there and if it should be removed.
Thanks for any help, John.

They do make sheetrock with lead sheilding built in for radiation control in hospitals tec and it would not surprise me if some one used this or something simular to sheild themselves from radiation in the event of nuclear attack.

As long as he isn't licking the walls or eating paint chips, sanding the paint and sniffing the dust, enjoy your lead shielding from radiation.
