Yes it's a real word... Just because I don't want to actually explain it, I'll copy and paste the definition:
"a secretion of the sebaceous glands that collects under the foreskin or around the clitoris"

Yes it's a real word. Look it up. It is in the dictionary. And if you don't find it in the Oxford dictionary then look it up in a medical dictionary.
